Setting up

Choose how you want to be notified once your receipts have been analyzed. Either by email or push notifications.

Turn on Auto Export if you want to automatically export your analyzed receipts to Concur Expense, without reviewing first. Or if you prefer to manually export each receipt, leave it off.

For American Express cardholders, you can turn on push notifications to sync alerts with Card transactions.

Photographing receipts

Here's where ExpenseIt Pro shines. Just follow these simple steps, and you'll be submitting expenses on the go, in no time.

  • Open the app and take a picture of a receipt (or upload one from your photo library).
  • Review the image to make sure it's clear and legible.
  • Click export.

Emailing receipts

Have a receipt that's been emailed to you? Just forward it to receipts@expenseit.com and we'll add it to your report. This is the easiest way to submit multiple page receipts from hotels, flight confirmations and digital receipts for services that are charged to your card automatically.

Itemizing hotel bills

Nobody likes itemizing hotel bills. That's why we do it for you. Submit your receipt as usual and then ExpenseIt Pro will take care of the rest: separating out room rate, taxes, in-room dining, etc. for you.

Analyzing receipts

Once you've submitted a receipt, ExpenseIt Pro will send it off to be analyzed.

ExpenseIt Pro's combination of technology and a global team work together to create expenses accurately from each receipt image. After the receipt has been analyzed, you can make changes.

Mobile Use

Editing receipts

Once a receipt has been analyzed, you can review and make changes: either within ExpenseIt Pro (as long as Auto Export isn't turned on) or in Concur Expense (if you prefer to use Auto Export).

Finishing your report in Concur Expense

Once your receipts have been exported, simply add them to an expense report in Concur Expense. You can also make changes in Concur Expense before submitting your expense report.

It's that simple.
