Find a bug?
We try hard to make our software work as great as it looks. So if you find a problem, we want to know about it. Just tell us exactly what went wrong. If we can reproduce it, we'll fix it and make a new and improved version of ExpenseIT available for you to download.

To report a bug, e-mail Support@AppMagic.com. Include exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred, and let us know if you can make it happen again.

If you're the first person to identify a bug that we can fix, we'll give you a permanent copy of ExpenseIT for free (or provide a free upgrade, if you've already purchased ExpenseIT).

Have a question or suggestion?
If you're not sure how to do something in ExpenseIT, look first in the online help.

Just open the Help menu and choose Help Topics. You'll find a lot of great information that's easy to follow.

If you want to receive information about upgrades and bug fixes, send us your e-mail address. Don't worry, we promise not to tell it to anyone else (see our privacy statement) below.

To get off the mailing list, send a brief note to Support@AppMagic.com. A real human will read your message and promptly remove you from the list.

Want to be a Beta tester?
As we add features to ExpenseIT and fix bugs, we make the improvements available first to our Beta testers, who provide feedback and help us iron out problems before we release the improvements to other customers. If you would like to become a Beta tester, e-mail us at Support@AppMagic.com. In exchange for helping us out, you'll have access to free Beta releases containing ExpenseIT's newest features.

As with our regular customer release, if you're the first person to identify a bug that we can fix, we'll give you a copy of ExpenseIT for free (or provide a free upgrade, if you've already purchased ExpenseIT).

Privacy statement

We won't tell.
When you send us your name or e-mail address, we keep this information in our records only if you purchase ExpenseIT or request to be on our mailing list. We won't ever release this information to anyone else. Even if you purchase ExpenseIT by credit card, we keep only your name and e-mail address. Your credit card number is fully encrypted and sent directly to our payment processor, so we never see it at all!

ExpenseIT is fully compliant with the world-wide PCI DSS security standard, which means that we meet the latest guidelines for safely and securely processing your credit card data.
